- All returns must be unused and
in the original packaging with any
labels or stickers still attached.
- Please e-mail (returns@olliesonline.com)
for a returns number to assist us
in processing your return quickly
and efficiently.
- Unfortunately we are unable to
pay postage on returned items and
it is the responsibilty of the customer
to deliver the goods safely back to
us. We recommend sending goods by
recorded delivery.
- Once the returns number has been
allocated and the goods have been
checked for authenticity we will issue
either a replacement or refund as
requested by the customer.
